Ingredients

    2 lbs beef chuck (cut into bite size pieces)
    5 Carrots
    1 Parsnip
    3 Celery Stalks
    1 can chicken broth
    salt and pepper

Directions

Chop veggies
Put all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 10 hours.
