Crockpot Breakfast

Introduction

I have a 7 qt crockpot and this receipe just fit in it!!! It makes tons. Again all you weight watchers 3 pnts / serving - and wait til you see the size!!!!! Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    raw potatoes
    ham
    onion
    bell peppers
    shredded cheese
    eggs beater
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Start with the pototoes, then ham, then veggies, and last cheese. Using this order make several layers in the crockpot. Repeat until all is used. Pour liquid ingredients over the top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake on low for 10-12 hours over night.

I make at least 12 servings out of this.
