Grandma's Mac & Cheese

Introduction

A family favorite - grandma always made this for special occassions and I've perfected now that she is gone, makes it seem like she is still with us. A family favorite - grandma always made this for special occassions and I've perfected now that she is gone, makes it seem like she is still with us.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Barilla Elbow Macaroni, 16 oz
    *Boar's Head Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 16 oz
    Colby Cheese, 16 oz
    Half and Half Cream, 12 fl oz

Directions

cook Macroni as directed - OK if a little under cooked. Cut up cheese into small little blocks and mix up. Put some of the cheese in a baking dish (I use those throw away ones for size for lasagna since it hard to get out melted cheese). Drain mac and put over the cheese in pan, add the remaining cheese and pour half and half over the cheese and mac. Cover pan with foil - Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
