Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    * 1 Rounded Spoonful of Instant Coffee + 6oz Cold water
    * 1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
    * 2 TSP Splenda
    * 6-8 Ice Cubes

Directions

In a blender, pour 6 oz cold water & 1 rounded spoonful of Instant Coffee (any brand works!) and toss in 6-8 Ice Cubes...blend for 5-10 seconds to mix it together. Add your Non-Fat Milk & Splenda.

Ta-Da! A Lower Calorie, Simple & Cost Effective way of getting your favorite Coffee Frappuccino!!!

To get a Caramel Frappuccino, just add 1-2tsp Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup (Such as Torani's) and your Nutrition Info will be the same!

You may top with Reddi-Whip but I do not prefer it so I did not include it in my recipe. Depending on what you use & how much it *WILL* affect the nutrition results.
