Ingredients

    2 c. strawberries, fresh
    1 banana, frozen
    1 c. fat free milk
    1 c. fat free yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 packet of splenda or artificial sweetner

    options:
    add fiber by putting some flax seed meal
    or veggies by adding some grated carrots.
