Couscous w/ chicken and veggies

Introduction

Delicious for dinner and the next few lunches. Wonderful nutritional values! Delicious for dinner and the next few lunches. Wonderful nutritional values!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    oilve oil 1tbsp
    chicken breast diced 2 cups
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    1 1/4 cups water
    2 Tbsp wine
    1 pckg Near East Couscous Parmesean
    Broccoli fresh chopped 2 cups
    1/2 cup Feta cheese crumbles low fat
    1 1/2 cups tomatoes diced

Directions

Heat Olive oil and garlic to sautee chicken, when chicken is golden brown stir in water, wine, & seasoning sack. Bring to a boil. Add Couscous & broccoli, stir,cover, and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in Feta and tomatoes and serve immediately! Awesome fresh or reheated!!
