Vegan Sour Cream

Introduction

Low in fat, cholesterol free and delicious. Low in fat, cholesterol free and delicious.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 package (12 ounces or 340 grams) of firm tofu) crumbled
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/8 tsp fresh ground coriander
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    2 tbsp or 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice (can use bottled if you don't have fresh)
    pinch of dill

Directions

Makes about 20 servings which can be kept in the fridge for about 7 days.

Place all ingredients in a blender (except the dill and the olive oil) and process until smooth and creamy. Slowly add the olive oil until well blended. When blended add a dash of fresh chopped dill for some added taste.
