Vegan Feta Cheese

Introduction

Just because you are vegan doesn't mean you have to miss out on good tasting additions to your salads! Just because you are vegan doesn't mean you have to miss out on good tasting additions to your salads!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pkg (12 ounces or 340 grams) of firm tofu - crumbled
    2 ounces or 1/4 cup of water
    2 ounces or 1/4 cup of miso paste
    1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
    Dash of salt to taste
    1 tbsp freshed chopped rosemary
    1/2 tsp fresh chopped oregano


Directions

Makes 4 average sized servings

Blend all ingredients except for the tofu and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes to allow thhe flavours to blend.

Add the crumbled tofu to the mixture - the longer the tofu sits in the mixture the more flavour it will absorb.

This lasts for about 5 days in the fridge.
