Pats Steamed Veggies

Introduction

This is a great combo of veggies to go with any meal This is a great combo of veggies to go with any meal
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 c broccli
    1 c Sauliflower
    1 c coarsly shredded red cabbage
    1 c combo of red, green, yellow peppers
    thinly sliced
    1 small onion 2 in. thinly sliced 1/8 in.
    1/2 cup sliced carrots
    1 tbsp ground flax
    2 pats salted butter softened

Directions

place all the vegetables in the top of steamer. Steam until tender but not soft.
Mix ground flax with softened butter
Place steamed vegetables in a large bowl and add the butter mixture and toss gently until the vegetables are coated
