Veggie fried rice

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup onion
    2 cups carrots
    1 orange pepper
    2 cups brown rice
    soy sauce

Directions

Pre cook and cool brown rice. Heat olive oil in pan. Saute onion. Add carrots cook till tender. Add rice and pepper, mix soy sauce over it and heat through.
