6 Roma tomatoes
3 Slices good white bread, crusts removed
1/2 cup pitted black Kakamata olives
3/4 Cup Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
5 Basil Leaves, roughly chopped.
5 Sage Leaves, roughly chopped.
1 Tbs. Olive oil
In food processor pulse bread slices into crumbs, add olives, Parmesan cheese, basil and sage. Pulse a few more times. Stuff tomato halves. Place on baking sheet and broil on upper rack for 5 minutes on high. Move to lower rack and broil 5 more minutes.
