1 (6oz.) chocolate ready made pie crust(like Keebler Ready Crust)
1 (8oz.) container fat-free cool whip
1 (1oz.) pkg. sugar-free, fat-free white chocolate instant pudding
1 (1oz.) pkg. sugar-free, fat-free chocolate instant pudding
2 c. skim milk
2. In another medium bowl, mix chocolate pudding mix with 1 cup of milk. Stir with whisk for about 2 minutes, until the pudding starts to set up. Mix the other half of the cool whip into the pudding mixture.
3. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture into the bottom of the pie crust. Spread the white chocolate pudding mixture on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
