Banana and White Chocolate Muffins

Introduction

These have a delicate taste, if you like muffins with more spice add nutmeg, cinnamon or mixed spice. These have a delicate taste, if you like muffins with more spice add nutmeg, cinnamon or mixed spice.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Splenda
    3/4 cup Wholegrain Flour
    1/2 cup White Flour
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/3 cup White Chocolate Bits
    1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/2 cup Mashed Banana
    1 Medium Egg, beaten
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F (180 deg C) and grease a 6 hole muffin tin.

In a bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. In a jug mix the remaining ingredients together and pour into bowl with dry ingredients, adding a little water if it appears dry. DO NOT overmix.

Place in the muffin tray and cook for @ 20 mins or until skewer inserted comes out dry.

Note:
You can add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, nutmeg or mixed spice if you choose.
