Ingredients

    Dole 100% Juice (Orange Peach Mango), 8 oz
    1 Mango chopped
    Banana, frozen, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Organic Fat Free Milk, 1.5 cup
    Agave Nectar, 1 tbsp
    1 Scoop Plain or Vanilla protein powder (Arbonne Figure 8 Vanilla shake powder, 1 scoop used in calculations)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth and serve.
