Scrambled Eggless Eggs

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 med onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    splash of olive oil
    1 pkg firm tofu, crumbled
    1/2 t tumeric
    1/8 t cumin
    2 T Braggs (or soy sauce)

Directions

Serves 4

In a large saucepan, add the onions and garlic to a splash of olive oil and saute on med high heat until onions are translucent. Add tofu, tumeric, cumin and Braggs and mix together. Saute on high heat for 5 - 10 minutes until moisture has evaporated. (Less turning while sauting will make more crispy.)
