IntroductionThese pancakes can be frozen and then toasted for breakfast the next morning. These pancakes can be frozen and then toasted for breakfast the next morning.
1 1/2 c. White Flour
1 1/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
3 T. Sugar
2 T. Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. Milk
3 T. Applesauce or Oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pour about a 1/4 c. onto a greased griddle and cook until bubbles appear and then flip and cook the other side.
Makes between 2 & 3 dozen, depending on how big your pancakes are.
