4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp finely, chopped red bell pepper
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper (optional)
Tools: Meat mallet, large Zip Loc Bags
Mix lemon juice, cloves, seasoning & mustared in bowl, pour over enclosed breasts- marinate for overnight or minimum 30min.
Pre heat Oven- 350* & cook 25-30 min. Or may grill to golden brown, basting with additional sauce as needed, DO NOT use marinade to baste! May transfer germs!
