These cake-like brownies have a chocolate chip cookie taste. You can have a large serving without the guilt of eating a plateful of cookies or gobs of cookie dough. These cake-like brownies have a chocolate chip cookie taste. You can have a large serving without the guilt of eating a plateful of cookies or gobs of cookie dough.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup I can't Believe It's Not Butter! spray
    1 cup Splenda Brown Sugar
    1 ½ cups unbleached, enriched flour
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

Heat butter on low on stovetop. Once heated-through mix in brown sugar, then the rest of the ingredients except the chips. Once it’s all mixed and slightly cooled, add the chocolate chips (if you add them too early they completely melt.) For milk chocolate swirls, put the chocolate chips in while the mixture is warm. For milk chocolate chunks, let themixture cool slightly before adding.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes in a 9-inch round sprayed with light cooking spray. Makes 8 wedges.
