lb ground beef
1 quart water
1/2 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
1/2 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup cooked long-grain white rice (, 1/2 cup uncooked)
1 cup chopped green bell peppers (, about 2 large peppers)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
