Chicken Chili

Ingredients

    Ranch Style Black Beans, 1 -15oz can undrained
    Bush's Best Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1 -16 oz can drained and rinsed
    Old El Pasa Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, 1 - 10oz can
    Chicken Breast, 2 - 13 oz cans
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Water, 2 cup
    Chili Powder, 2 TBS
    Cayenne Pepper, 1/2 TBS
    Jalapeno pepper, 1 - leave seeds in, chopped
    Rotel, 1 - 10 oz can
    onion, 1 cup chopped
    garlic - 5 cloves minced
    Diced Green Chiles, 1 - 7 oz can

Directions

In large pot place 1/2 cup of water, onions, garlic and jalapeno. Cook over high heat until veggies are tender. Add all other ingredients and stir to combine. Cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Cover and lower heat to medium low. Cook 45-60 minutes, or until chili has thickened to desired consitency.

Serve with cornbread for a country style meal.
