Introduction

We always enjoy this refreshing salad on the hottest days. It's cool and refreshing. Add some drained tuna in water and serve it as a main dish. We always enjoy this refreshing salad on the hottest days. It's cool and refreshing. Add some drained tuna in water and serve it as a main dish.

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1/4 Cup Miracle Whip Free
    1/4 Cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
    1 T Cider Vinegar
    1 T Splenda

    Salad:
    3 Medium Tomatoes, Sliced
    1/2 Large Onion, Sliced
    1 Large Cucumber, Sliced

Directions

Combine Miracle Whip, mayonnaise, Splenda and cider vinegar in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add enough water to thin to your desired consistency.

Put sliced vegetables in a bowl and cover with dressing. Mix to cover and refrigerate. This tastes best when it's been refrigerated at least several hours and served ice cold.
