Australian Pumpkin Soup

Introduction

One pot/saucepan recipe, easy to make and kids love it served with cheese on toast. One pot/saucepan recipe, easy to make and kids love it served with cheese on toast.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb or 750g Pumpkin (peeled & roughly chopped)
    2 Large Brown Onions (peeled & roughly chopped)
    8oz or 225g Potato (peeled & roughly chopped)
    4 cups of Water
    3 Chicken cubs/bullions
    1 cup light Cream (or low fat Milk to keep the fat content down)

Directions

Boil every thing except the cream all in one big pot until soft then blend all together in blender or leave in pot/saucepan and blend with stick blender.

Add 1 cup of cream or milk when your about to serve. Heat and serve.
