    6 SLICES WHOLE WHEAT BREAD, TOASTED
    8 EGG WHITES
    3/4 CUPS MUSHROOMS
    4 EGGS (WITH YOLK)
    4 CUPS 1% MILK
    1 tsp SALT
    1 tsp PEPPER
    1 tsp YELLOW MUSTARD
    1 tsp ONION POWDER
    8 oz FAT FREE CHEDDAR
    14 slices TURKEY BACON

Directions

FRY BACON SLICES, AND CUT UP INTO PIECES. SPRAY 9X13 PAN WITH NON STICK COOKING SPRAY. PLACE CUBED TOAST IN PAN, SPREAD EVENLY. SPREAD ABOUT 2/3 OF CHEESE OVER BREAD CRUMBS. MIX EGGS, MILK,MUSTARD, ONION POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER TOGETHER AND POUR OVER CHEESE AND BREAD CRUMBS. THEN SPRINKLE CHOPPED BACON AND MUSHROOMS OVER THAT. PLACE IN OVEN AT 325 FOR 40-45 MINUTES, OR UNTIL EGGS ARE SET. SPRINKLE CHEESE ON TOP OF BAKE DURING THE LAST TEN MINUTES OF BAKING.
