Ingredients

    1 avocado, sliced
    2 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced
    75g mozzarella, sliced
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp fresh basil, torn
    Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Arrange the sliced avocado, mozzarella and tomato on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and scatter with torn basil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
