440 grams fesh or frozen figs
200 grams dried apricots
200 grams prunes
2 TBLSP sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
.5 cup water
snip apricots and prunes in half, quarter figs. Add all plus about .5 cup water or apple juice, cinnamon, and sugar to saucepan. Cook gently til compoted, about 15 minutes.
