Chicken Salad

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz , I use rotisserie
    1/2 cup of diced red onion
    1/2 cup dicedCelery
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley
    1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    dash of black pepper or to taste

Directions

Chop cooked chicken breast into bite size pieces.
Add chopped onion, parsley and celery. Mix yogurt ,mayonnaise, salt and pepper, add to chicken and stir until mixed.

This is better if it sits for an hour or so. Store in refrigator tightly covered.
