Introduction

Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    * Oats, 2.5 cup
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cup
    * Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    * Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
    * *Canola Oil, 0.25 cup
    * prune puree, 0.25 cup
    * Water, tap, 0.75 fl oz
    * egg white, fresh, 5 large
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * Brown Sugar, 2 cup, unpacked
    Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients, mix and drop using an ice cream scoop. Flatten down cookies as they do not do this on their own.
Bake about 10 minutes (you'll know as they feel spongy but not wet) Let them cool on wire racks.... ENJOY!
