Grilled Pizza

Introduction

Quick and easy -- uses Boboli crust! Quick and easy -- uses Boboli crust!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 Red onion
    1 Green Bell Pepper
    1 sm. canned sliced black olives
    1 package Boboli pizza sauce
    1 Whole Wheat Boboli pizza crust
    8 oz. Skim Milk Mozzarella

Directions

Brush top of pizza crust with olive oil and grill until golden. (1-2 minutes).
Remove from grill and top with toppings, sauce and cheese (on grilled side).
Return to grill - on top rack or on tin foil - and grill with cover closed for about 4-5 minutes (until cheese melts and toppings are cooked).
Watch pizza carefully to prevent bottom from getting too dark.
