1 cup crushed Corn Flakes, Bran Flakes, Rice Krispies (or any whole grain cereal)
1/2 cup raw or toasted hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/2 cup honey
2. Bring honey to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 8 minutes.
3. Pour over mixture and coat evenly. Press into a greased 8"x8" pan. Cool compleely and cut into bars.
