Introduction

Ingredients

    2 boxes of Jello Fat Free & Sugar Free Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix
    3 medium sized ripened bananas
    2 cups Skim Milk
    3 serving sizes of Nilla Reduced Fat Wafers
    6 tbsp. Smuckers Caramel Syrup
    2 tubs of thawed Cool Whip Fat Free
    1 cup of Crumbled Walnut Pieces

Directions

In large mixer bowl, mix on medium speed the pudding mix and milk for 2 - 3 minutes or until well creamy and blended. Slice up 2 of the bananas and fold into the pudding. Fold in 1/2 of a tub of cool whip and blend thoroughly. Place one serving of vanilla wafers into bottom of trifle or parfait dish. Pour in half of the pudding. Place another serving of wafers around the top of the pudding. Pour in the rest of the pudding. Spread the remaining tub & 1/2 of cool whip in an even layer on top of the pudding. Place the remaining serving size of wafers around the edge. Cut up the remaining banana into slices and place evenly on top of cool whip layer. Sprinkle the walnut pieces evenly over bananas & cool whip. Lastly, drizzle the caramel topping evenly over dessert. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
