Super Yummy Sandwich

Introduction

Seriously, this was something I randomly threw together one Saturday afternoon when I was craving a vegetarian sandwich other than a PB & J. Of course, this is a minor alteration of that sandwich, but it tastes just as great as the first. I hope you enjoy! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 slices whole wheat bread
    1/2 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
    2 thin slices of a red ripe tomato
    1 oz of Melissa's Soy Shreds Mozzarella Flavor, or any other type of shredded cheese that you like
    2 Veggie Chik'n Nuggets, cut into cubes
    4 tbsp Vidalia Onion Vinegarette

Directions

Alright. First, top one slice of bread with cheese and tomato and set aside. Next, layer other slice of bread first with lettuce, then Chik'n Nuggets.
Toast SEPERATELY until bread is crisp and chik'n is cooked fully. Top slice of bread with lettuce and chik'n with Vidalia Onion Vinegarette. Place the slice of bread with tomato and cheese on top of the other slice of bread. Serve immediately.
