    2 hard boiled egg whites (Remove the yolk after cooking)'
    1 tsp nonfat plain yogurt
    curry powder (to taste)
    Paprika (to taste)
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (To taste)
    Garlic powder (To taste)
    2 pieces Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread

Directions

boil eggs. When cooled remove yolk. Smoosh egg whites, add nonfat plain yogurt and spices. put on bread.
