Introduction

Ever want to make those nutritional drinks taste better? Here's a way to get more fruits and veggies AND get past the nasty taste... Ever want to make those nutritional drinks taste better? Here's a way to get more fruits and veggies AND get past the nasty taste...

Ingredients

    1 Vanilla Ensure, Boost, or other meal replacement shake, frozen
    1/4 cup plain canned pumpkin
    1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Cut the top of the shake bottle off and extract the frozen interior (it helps to run it under hot water for a minute).
Blend everything together in a food processor - eat like ice cream or let melt a bit and drink like a shake!

This recipe works with all vanilla Ensure/meal replacement shakes. Using a Plus! will add 100 extra calories.
