IntroductionLow in fat because it doesn't use mayonnaise! Low in fat because it doesn't use mayonnaise!
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup jicama peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch strips
- 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup medium radishes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2. Toss with cabbage mixture in a large bowl and chill for 2 hours before serving.
