Ingredients

3 c chopped chicken (about 12 oz)
1/3 c green onion sliced
1/2 cup chopped, toasted peacans
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1/4 c light mayonnaise
1/4 c light sour cream
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir till well combined. I like to save a sprig of fresh rosemary to garnish the top.
