Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped
Onions, raw, 1/3 cup, chopped
Jalapeno Peppers, 1/4cup, chopped
Egg, fresh, 1 small
Saltine Crackers(fat fre) 25 smached into crumbs
salt and plack pepper to taste
*Have saltine crumbs ready on a separate plate and start heating skillet
2).Form small patties with the beef mixture, about 2.5" to 3" wide and 1/4" thick. Coat each side with saltine crumbs.
3).Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray and add patties. Cook until center is no linger pink.
serve with a side salad or steamed veggies.
Makes 4 servings of 2 patties each
