Vic's Muesli

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup Weetabix whole wheat cereal, crushed
    0.5 cup Kellogg's All-bran Cereal
    0.25 cup pumpkin seeds
    0.25 cup sunflower seeds
    4 Tbsp Flex Seed Meal( ground linseed )
    50 grams Honey
    0.25 cup Wheatgerm

Directions

Preheat oven 160'C. Line a large flat cookie tray.
Mix all ingredients into a medium sizes bowl.
Heat honey until runny ( about 15-20 in the microwave.) Pour honey over dry ingredients, mix through well.
Spread over lined tray. Put into oven bake 20-30
minutes until it feels dry. Stirring every 5 minutes
to prevent burning. Time may vary.
Don't let the muesli burn! Cool on the tray. Keep in airtight container.
Serve with lowfat milk or yogurt, add nuts or dried fruit.
8 half cup servings.
