Ingredients

    2 pounds shrimp cut into small chunks
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup quartered cherry tomatos
    1 bunch cilantro chopped
    2 cups chopped zucchini
    2 tablespoons flour
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 cup tomato paste
    1 cup tomato sauce
    3 oz red wine
    2 cups water
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    2 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions

In a frying pan heat olive oil add shrimp and vegetables saute until shrimp turn pink. Add in flour mix well combined rest of ingredientsand simmer about 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
