Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    contadina pizza sauce, 1.50 cup
    low fat ricotta cheese, 2 cup
    mozzarella, natural low-moisture part-skim, 2.50 cup
    *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 4 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, 70 grams

Directions

cook beef until no longer pink
mix all ingredients into beef
while simmering, boil lasagna according to package
layer noodles and mixture , top with mozzarella
bake at 350 for 20 mins or until cheese is melted
