    2 tbsp--- fresh chives
    2 cups--- whole wheat pasta ( cooked as directed on package)
    10 med.-- baby carrots sliced thin
    2 cups--- baby spinach
    4 tbsp--- kraft light mayo
    1 tbsp--- dried parsley
    Pepper to taste
