Faux Ice Cream

Introduction

An alternative frozen dairy confection for days when you just need something sweet but don't have a lot of calories left to spend. An alternative frozen dairy confection for days when you just need something sweet but don't have a lot of calories left to spend.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    I box Jello sugar-free fat free pudding (your choice flavor, I prefer cheesecake or white chocolate)
    2 C skim milk
    1/4 c fat free ricotta cheese
    1/4 fat free plain or vanilla yogurt
    1 TBL vanilla extract
    1 TBL unsweetened dark cocoa
    1/4 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Mix pudding per instructions. Whisk in yogurt, ricotta, cocoa, vanilla.
2. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Freeze at least 30 minutes.

Serving size 1 C. This batch serves 4.
