4 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of frozen small shrimp
1 can of organic diced tomatoes
4 cups of cooked whole wheat spaghetti
while the spaghetti is cooking, sautee the minced garlic in the olive oil until soft. Add the shrimp and can of tomatoes (undrained). Cook on high heat until it is cooked down. Serve on top of spaghetti. Makes 4 servings.
