Chicken Fajitas

Introduction

...a quick, tasty very low fat and healthy alternative to the fast food takeout version. Serve on lowfat flour tortillas or over brown rice & sprinkle with cheese (not included in the nutrition values)

Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    2.5 cup Freshlike Pepper StirFry Vegetables (1/2 bag)
    10 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin
    1/2 cup Salsa
    3 tbsp Chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. olive oil

Directions

Cut chicken breast in strips.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Saute in pan with olive oil 15-20 minutes.
Stir in chili powder and salsa.
Stir in veggies & cook until tender, about 10 minutes more.

*Serve on lowfat flour tortillas or over brown rice & sprinkle with cheese.
