Basic Everything Vegetable Soup



Introduction

Lots of small veggies chopped up and boiled with a vegetable bouillon cube. Lots of small veggies chopped up and boiled with a vegetable bouillon cube.

Ingredients

    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, sliced
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Turnip Greens, 1 cup, chopped
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Lima Beans, 1 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or diced
    Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Water 5 cups

Directions

Soak beans overnight, bring 5 cups water to a boil in a pot, then throw everything including soaked beans into the pot. Enjoy!
