Fat Free Banana Muffins

Introduction

After looking at some comments from my last posted recipe I have updated to include some of the suggestions. After looking at some comments from my last posted recipe I have updated to include some of the suggestions.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1/3 cup white sugar
    1 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tbsp hot water
    1 egg
    1 cup mashed bananas
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions

Mix together applesauce and sugar, add in baking soda/water mixture, add bananas, then mix well. Then add flour and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
Enjoy
These work well as a loaf just increase baking time to about 40 minutes.
