Sweet Lemon White Sauce

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups skim milk
    1/2 cup Splenda, non calorie
    1/4 cup flour
    2 Tbsp light margarine
    1 tsp lemon extract
    2 tsp nutmeg

Directions

heat 1 1/2 cup milk with margarine. Put 1/2 milk, Splenda, flour and lemon extract in a shaker and shake. Pour into heated milk and cook until thickens. Pour in serving pitcher and top with nutmeg, I use it over Bread Pudding. Makes 16 two tablespoon size servings
