Summer Tuna Salad

Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 cans Premium bumblebee tuna in water
    5 Tbsp. light mayo
    3 stalks celery
    2/3 c. grapes
    Several good sprinkles of lemon juice (add more to taste)
    walnuts (optional and not figured into nutritional info).

Directions

Drain tuna well. Chunk up tuna in a bowl then mix the remaining ingredients together and chill for a couple hours. Nice served on lettuce or in a sandwich (add nutirional info for bread).
