Ingredients

5.5 oz. plain goat cheese
1/2 c. plain fat free yogurt- you may want to start with 1/3 c. of yogurt if you want a thicker consistency.
Directions
Mash the goat cheese in a bowl with a fork until you can get it into as fine crumbles as possible. Add yogurt and beat with a fork or whisk.
I use this as a base, to which I can add sweet things (maple syrup, molasses, all fruit preserves, etc.) or savory (fresh herbs, green onions, lemon juice or vinegar, season salt, etc.).
Makes 9 to10 2-Tbsp. servings
