Ingredients

    1 Packet Swiss Miss Diet Cocoa
    1 tbsp. Better N' Peanut Butter
    1/2 Rolled Oats (NOT INSTANT)
    Dash of Salt(optional)

Directions

1. Whisk the oats, cocoa, salt and peanut butter with 3/4 c. of water in a medium microwave safe dish until well combined.
2. Microwave on high for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
3. Stir and serve.


*NOTE: You may use regular peanut butter or any kind of lower fat peanut butter if you prefer.

    Made this for breakfast this morning! Wonderful & very filling. I added 2 packets of splenda for a little sweetener but I tend to like things on the sweeter side. Will make again for sure! Thanks. - 1/18/11

  • Had this for breakfast this morning with two very discerning little boys. It was quick, simple, delicious, and very filling. The perfect start to a chilly Fall day. The best part?   • I made this for breakfast this morning and my hubby and daughter loved it. I got sick of it after a few bites - very rich. I did enjoy it but for me it's one of those things that I'll have to have toast and fruit with it. I will make it again for my family. I used non diet swiss miss and chunky PB. - 8/29/10

  • i had to try this since i love pudding and also no-bake cookies. it was great. next time i am only making a half serving because it is very filling and sweet. it will be a perfect breakfast paired with a tart, crisp apple. - 6/21/08
