Ingredients

Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz
Bush's, Black Beans, 15 oz can
Salsa 1/2 cup
Yellow Sweet Corn 1/2 cup
1/2 lime, squeezed and zest
Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Tobasco about 10 drops or more if you like it
Directions
Drain beans and mix the remaining ingredients.
Can be served cold or warmed in the microwave for two minutes.

Very good, and quick and easy to make! I usually serve it on a bed of baby spinach. My husband often makes it with chicken instead of tuna. - 6/7/10

I like the idea of adding chicken that would still up the protein but lower the sodium quite a bit....Thanks
